Is there a cure for Fordyce spots, and can I give them to someone?

I've had them since I was 12, after I had sex the first time, I know 100% that they are fordyce spots, and not genital warts or herpes, as my stepdad has a medical dictionary (disturbing pictures, but very informative).

Hello? serious question.....somebody answer.

They are not contagious, but there is no real cure for them.

Rubbing jojoba oil on them twice a day helps reduce the size of them and make them less noticable for some people, but does not help others at all. In some people it can even make them bigger.

You can go to a dermatologist and have them removed by laser, but this leaves visible scars so not much of a point in that! They also sometimes come back.

There is a method called the PIEB method where you sanitize the area and make a small, shallow incision across the spot with a sterile razor/scalpel. YOu then spread the skin around the incision so it opens up like a little hole and you can see the spot in there, it looks like a little white ball. After that you squeeze around it so the fordyce spot starts to pop up, then rip it out with tweezers. It will usually break apart and come out in several pieces, and soem of the pieces are stuck in there pretty good and are hard to get out. This will hurt and bleed a bit. After that, hold the incision shut and cover it with New-Skin. This will sting quite a bit.

I've managed to do this on a few of my fordyce spots. I did it a bit messily (more blood and cutting that there should be) so it left some minor scarring. Many people have been able to do this with no scarring, but it takes practice. They say to practice on your balls first so you don't scar up your ****.

Oh, one more thing. How did you manage to have sex if you have fordyce spots? I'm a virgin and have never even kissed a girl because I'm afraid she will be repulsed if she sees my ****, which is completely covered in fordyce spots :(
