What is the difference between Impulse, inspiration and intuition?

Impulse: you do it without thinking of the consequences, The guy ticked him off an he had an impulse to slug the man in the head before considering if it was a smart thing to do.

Inspiration: you do something because you love it and you feel a sudden surge of excitement and creativity about it. You were inspired to paint a picture of the Notre Dame cathedral because you went to see it and were awed with it's majesty.

Intuition: all the knowledge in your head conspires to tell you you should do something. He saw the man leave the building holding a purse and his intuition said to stop him as he may be a thief.

Depending on the situation, inspiration and impulse can be a result of one or more of your intuitive abilities.

But from a psychological point of view, impulsive behavior is from having an inability to delay gratification.

Inspiration can also come from a physical source, such as nature, painting, or music. The feeling of being inspired is much like that found in meditation or a strong linking to the spirit world in a good way.
