Everyone is a different height and everyone stops growing at different times. Being 14 and 5'4 isn't short for you age. I'm 16 and 5'0 exactly. MY doctor said I probably won't grow anymore. I'm sure you'll get a growth spurt but if you want an accurate answer ask your mom/dad make you a doctors appointment and ask your doctor.
