How can I help my breech baby flip head down?

I'm 9months pregnant and my baby's been on breech position for sometime. But I am still hopeful I can have a normal vaginal birth. I do not want cesarean birth. This is my first pregnancy and I want it to be beautiful.

Its probably doubtful if you can get the baby to turn at this point, but you can try resting your head on the floor with your bottom in the air, gravity may help. A caesarean section isn't the end of the world, just a different way to have a baby. Rejoice in your baby and try for a VBAC next time if you like.

No one in their right mind wants a C section but there isn't anybody in the US who can afford the malpractice insurance required to deliver a breech baby. You can try a VBAC for your next baby if it's not breech, but this time around they're going to have to cut you I'm afraid.

I went to a chiropractor to help my baby get into the right position. You can also check out this very resourceful website about turning breech babies.
