I am plan to visit my folks in Canada and Philippines on the last quarter of this year but my passport is soon to expire in October this year 2014. I've been researching via google and there's one that says to send epassport and the other one says I have to be physically present on one of The Philippione Consulate Outreach prgrams.

I mean I love to watch her sleep, eat, play, etc. I just love her and am so proud of her. I live abroad and so I post pictures of my child on a social network that I am registered at. Apparently, my husband thinks I am exploiting our child by posting pictures. And this annoys me a lot. I am so proud of my child and I want my family and friends to see and witness my baby's milestone. Is that so bad?

I've gained weight (after thanksgiving, christmas, new year celebrations) and I am trying to get my ring off but I can't since I've gotten fat and my ring finger now is fat. I've tried cold running water and soap but it still wont get off. Someone said I should go on a diet. Well, i am on a diet but that takes time before I can take my ring off my fat finger.

Are there any remedies you can give me? Or shall I go into surgery? Or shall I just continue on my diet and just patiently wait till I lose weight?

If none, can somebody tell me an alternative cure for my itchy legs. I'm having itch on my legs and it's driving me crazy! help!... I've done hot shower, lather alcohol then lotion but the itch is still there. I remember back home I used to put Caladryl on my itch and I will be relieved. But i can't find Caladryl here in Florida. Help!

I have a 6week baby girl and she just won't stop crying. She wouldn't want to sleep at her crib so sometimes I sleep on the couch (recliner) and/or my king size bed (me, my husband and my baby girl fit in there). She always wants cuddle and I comply to that. When I'm tired I'd hand her to my husband so I can have a nap. I hate to hear my baby cry all the time. Whenever I hear her cry I would immediately check if she's wet, dirty, hungry, or needs to burp or simply cuddle. But lately, I wonder if her crying all day is normal. Shall I rescue her all the time from crying or is it better fir me to let her cry for sometime until she gets tired and fall asleep like that?..That's when of course I've addressed all her needs already and she won't stop crying.

I'll be detailed here. Two days ago I had my daughter's tongue fixed (she's tongue tied) and started breastfeeding her. Yesterday my left nipple bled already so I went back to formula. As much as I want to pump and/or do hand expression I can't coz all she wanted is for mommy to hold and carry her. (even now she's crying while I'm typing and is breaking my heart).

About 2 weeks ago I bought "milk more plus" to increase my milk supply (from pumping and hand expression) and I'm still low.

I am so frustrated already. to the point of giving up. My husband will kill me if I give up. Seems like if I don't breastfeed I am a bad mom.

Once my girl cries I'd check if she's wet or dirty then normally she's hungry so we will sit on my recliner and feed her and make her burp and make her fall asleep again. But lately, she will literally be awaken once I put her back to her crib and cry until I pick up her up again. Is this normal? Should I be wporried? Am I missing something? What should I do?

When I was still pregnant I have all the intention to breastfeed my baby but when she comes out (csection due to breech) things didn't turn out the way they're supposed to be. My girl is 5 weeks old and up to now I am having a hard time pumping milk. I bought More Milk Plus last week and up to now I am lucky to pump 2oz breastmilk for the whole day. Someone told me to pump every two hours. Is it really possible to pump every two hours I mean considering that baby's gonna wake up and cry, get hungry pee and poop. God knows I am trying to pump every two hours but there comes this moment of dizziness. I know I need sleep. But the way my lactation consultant is telling me is way impossible for me. I am using Medela pump and it is NOT freestyle so I can't pump while bottle feed my girl at the same time. I have been trying to juggle time and I just seem can't figure it out. HELP!

I have a one month old baby and she's keeping me up all night. I'll be lucky to have one whole straight hour of sleep. Not to mention there;s wet and dry diapers to change, feedings every two hours. Sometimes during wee hours my baby would even get hungry every hour.

I love my newborn so much at the same time I know I have to be healthy to be able to nurse her the best I can. Is it ever possible to adjust her sleeping patterns to mine?

I gave birth almost 3weeks ago and until now I have low milk supply. I have been trying to breastmilk since day1 and i am having a hard time coz I think I have low milk supply. Worst, both my breast are sore right now and whenever I try to pump every two to three hours, there's less milk supply. I read all sorts of online and magazine advises. I even attended a breastfeed class. I am getting impatient and frustrated. help.

I'm 9months pregnant and my baby's been on breech position for sometime. But I am still hopeful I can have a normal vaginal birth. I do not want cesarean birth. This is my first pregnancy and I want it to be beautiful.
