What to do with firm tofu?

I bought several packages of firm tofu a few days ago. I tried dicing one up and frying it in a wok with some Mrs. Dash seasoning, and it was pretty good when served with a fried rice mix. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what to do with firm tofu?

Yeah it's pretty good in a stir-fry. You can chop it into blocks to add to any dish, really. It's also good chopped into strips and prepared with your favorite seasoning. I think it's really good if you bread it and then bake/fry it, or if you grill/bake it with BBQ sauce.

I also LOVE tofu scramble with firm tofu. Instead of crumbling it like silken tofu, I just dice it up into tiny pieces, and fry it in a pan with onion, garlic, spinach, and mushroom. You can use anything you want though. For seasoning, I like the taste of the tofu and veggies, so I usually use just a little bit of salt, pepper and nutritional yeast (which doubles as a yellowing agent).

Holy crap buy a copy of Veganomicon right. now.

They have amazing tofu recipes including:

    -Chile cornmeal-encrusted tofu

    -Tangerine Baked Tofu

    -Curried Tofu

    -Baked BBQ Tofu

    -Marinated Asian or Italian Tofu

And I would eat any one of these every day.

But if you need ideas right now:

    -Kung Pao Tofu:

-Crumble it, fry it up, and make veg chili

-Or try this recipe and tell me how it is!:
