How to enable Android 2.2 Tether?
I Have a Samsung Intercept from Virgin Mobile, I am still grandfathered into the $25/month =)...
Anyways it has android 2.2, and i know the stock version of it has tethering support, but is disabled by the carrier. I have used programs like Wifi Tether and Barnacle wifi Tether, but i know having root access to you phone is a HUGE security risk, soz i was wondering if there is a way to go into some settings file, enable wifi tethering and then un-root, and i can tether?
