briggs and stratton valve clearance on power washer?
have a briggs engine on a craftsman power washer. the model number that is on the sticker on the deck of the power washer is (580.75220) the number stamped on the recoil housing above the muffler is (12R505 0130 B1 08031762) the numbers on the side of the gas tank are family-8BSXS.1901VE 278050 any advice or help would be appreciated.

On that engine 580-75220 the valve clearances are as follows. Inlet 0.007 - exhaust 0.010 cold and hot inlet 0.002 - exhaust 0.003. Taken from the Factory Manual for this engine.

Adjust the exhaust to .007 and the intake to .005
