Yay or Nay...........?
Myself and a mate want to set up a sports coaching business, coaching kids in sports such as cricket, rugby league, tennis, soccer and so on...either in group lessons or private sessions.
Not trying to get ahead of myself, but there isn't really a sports coaching clinic that is nationally recognised or even internationally recognised is there? I think Sports coaching must be one of the only jobs to not have one particular stand out company, You can only hope..... :p
Anyway, Yay or Nay? Do you think a sports coaching business could work well?

A sport coaching business would fail at the youth age. The idea development seems good and all, but the coaches in youth (At least from where I'm from) don't get paid. They do it for volunteering.
Even if it's a non-profit business, you'd lose a lot of money setting everything up. Like renting an office place, or buying one. Then furnishing it. Then get into the more technical stuff, and the list goes on. So unless you have a lot of money to spare, don't do it.
Just my thoughts.

You have competition from free COACHING....and then competition from those who think they can coach offering their free services. :)
