Possible heart attack last night, what should I do?
I have been having problems with fatigue and a little chest pain off and on for about a couple of weeks. Yesterday, I had 3 times that I had server pain in my right leg below the knee but after this incident last night my leg is not hurting at all. Last night about 10pm I had pains in my chest and felt worse than I have in a long time. The pain got so bad I thought I was going to pass out. It lasted about 10-15 mins in its worse state and then I felt tired and nauseated. My family wanted me to do to the hospital but I figured it would just be a way into debt since I have no insurance and it probably was nothing. I figured I just needed rest and so I slept until noon today. I still feel weak and tired but the chest pain is only there if I take a deep breath. Is is too late to go to the hospital? Should I?

ER right away, they will do a ECG, and take blood.
Go right away! Take a taxi or friend to drive you. Then see a good cardiologist who will do a ultrasound of your heart and manage you further!
Maybe it wasn't a heart attack or it was early warning signs or angina! Either way, stop messing around! change your diet slowley, and your exercise and lifestyle.
All the best

You did the absolute right thing. Under no circumstance should you see a doctor. They don't know Sh!t anyway. Once the pain got so bad you thought you might pass out is the moment you should have logged on to Yahoo! Answers and asked advice, better late than never. Hope you you find what you're looking for before you kiel over dead.
