I disagree. I love Metallica. I like their music. Yeah, their older music is better, but still, I wouldn't go as far to say that they suck. I like their music and it's good. No, it isn't horribly unique all the time, but I like the music. And yeah, I know, Lars especialla can be a whiny baby and a jerk, but oh well, good music, so I don't really care.

They are amazing live, they were a great influence musically when I was growing up, and they play better music than you do. St. Anger was a mistake, and the whole being assholes about napster was one thing...but they are a very iconic band and i will always remember them for their first 4 albums.

P.S. just a bit curious...what would a "worthy" band for you be?

I think they're pretty good, atleast the older ones like Ride The Lightning was. Havn't heard any newer ones though, but that's just the type of music I like.
