They don't, as far as I know.
If I do an Advanced Search for all OPEN questions that contain the word 'google', I get 1906 results right now.
Questions get deleted for a variety of reasons:
> No answer after 4 days
> Voters chose "No Best Answer" as winner
> Best Answer reported & deleted as a violation
> Question reported and removed.
If you get NO violation email, the reason should be one of the first 3.
If you GET a violation notice email, somebody reported your question.
You can post the text of the question here and ask users to help you figure out WHY it was reported. And there should be a LINK in the email you got that allows you to APPEAL the violation if you want.

It could be that Yahoo is Yahoo and Google is Google and they are most likely in competition against one another. It would more than likely be the same if you asked a question about Yahoo on Google I bet Google would delete that question hope this helps. All else to your question here can be found in the community guidelines.

I very much doubt they do (why have a Google section otherwise?).
One of your recent questions about Google is still in the Google cache - http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cac... - and I can't see anything wrong with it.
Most likely it got no answers, and was automatically deleted after four days. I'd ask it again.
(I'd also noticed that the Google cache for Y!A questions has started taking you to another search page).
