How do you add low lights to your hair at home?

I saw nice and easy 10 has the color I want to add to my hair. It has a brush but, it does not say if it is for full coverage or streaks. Or should I buy a full coverage and try to foil myself.

I would buy the full coverage and foil.

It seems easier to manage and less likely to mess up,

It is easy for every 2 or 3 highlights (how ever much you want)

add the darker color and foil the same as you would with the highlights
