I was wondering, is this setup good for gaming?
- Normal mouse+keyboard
- Windows Vista
- Dell Optiplex 755
- 256MB Graphics Card
- 4 GB RAM
- 2.33 GHz
I'd especially like to know if that graphics card would run games like Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, Counter-strike, Garry's Mod, and World of Warcraft with good quality.

Probably not. You didn't list what processor and video card you have specifically, but the only vid cards with 256 vram are awful and not suited for gaming.
