My car shakes and squeels?

Okay, I have a 2000 Kia Sephia LS. I started ittoday and it was shaking like crazy like the engine was trippin'. I turned off the car and turned it back on and it stopped. theres also a squeeling soundcoming from it sounds like the drivers side. the belts are new. i know that much. Any insight?

    My wife shakes and squeals when she gets really excited like when a Trace Adkins song begins to play on the radio!
