Hair Care for longer hair.?
I used keep my hair short but now i want to grow them. But as they are getting longer they are falling more n more. What hair care routine should i follow? Any change or addition to my diet? Hair products? Please help me.
P.S. I have kinda curly hair.

Take biotin and fish oil once a day, peferably with your breakfast. These viatiams target your hair! Fish oil can be takin in pill forms so it wont be so nasty to taste. It makes your hair grow longer and thicker! Biotin helps prevent hair from split ends, so you wont have to trim it often. Also when you condition your hair, do only the tips, lightly. Condioting can make some peoples have fall out alot. Also keep your hair up as much as possible, and brush it before you go to sleep! Hopes this helps!

If u use coconut oil atleast once a week and massage really well, it helps hair grow longer. Also before u tk a shower use olive oil and massage into hair and leave it in for about 30 mins, then wash ur hair, it will get soft and helps ur hair grow since ur hair is curly.
