How long can a virus stay "quarantined" on my computer?

They can stay quarantined until the hard drive fails. Usually, they cannot be removed because you are running an administrator account as your normal user account. That will make it possible for the virus to insinuate itself in such a fashion that it can be disabled, but not removed.

Start a journal or auto biography 12. bring colored pens or markers and tatto yourself 13. Print out logic puzzels 14. Try to make upa secret code 15. Tell people you are older than you really are 16. Draw or scetch 17. Try to count to 1000 18. Try to write your name using 25 different fonts 19. Think about stuff 20. Come up with your top 50 baby names

It will stay in quarantine as long as you want. It should, however be deleted, you may have to go into your quarantine section and delete it from there. If it doesn't, then google the virus name for removal instructions. Or like I said, you can leave it there, you are safe.

They can stay there indefinitely. Depending on your anti-virus, some give the option of emptying the quarantine, and removing the virus completely, but it is perfectly safe to leave them there.
