At 130 Manny was still much more one dimensional than he is now, Mayweather ranks better at 130 than at any other division. He really had it all there, maybe not the ring savvy of today but all the physical tools needed. I think at 130 Manny gets schooled to a Mayweather UD. Pacman only having moments of success during wild attacks
