    Plz don't use caps, it's offensive as if u r shouting ;)

Well, make sure you have connected the router correctly through the right type of Ethernet cables, there are two types, straight-through and crossover!

use crossover between router and PC ... and use straight between router and modem! to know which is which, place the end of the cable beside each other, if they have the some colour ordering, then they are straight else cross!

Now, that the cables are connected correctly, place the CD which came with your router, and follow the steps exactly as they are in the manual.

For more advanced setup for security and other, you need to configure the router manually (You should consult if you don't know, manual configuration is done by typing 192.168.1.1 in your browser)

if you are using security, make sure you enter the key right the first time .

if you were more specific, I could have helped further
