Roethlisberger and Cassel. Cassel isn't a great quarterback, but he puts up decent numbers. You don't need much more from a backup quarterback, since he likely won't start more than once.
Romo is perhaps better than Cassel, but you don't really need an elite backup to be successful. If I were you, I'd hold on to him for a bit until he starts doing well again, then trade him to fix a weakness on your team. Everyone has one.
