Morning sickness question ...?

I am approximately 6 and a half weeks pregnant. I have had morning sickness off and on since approximately 4 weeks. However, the vomiting associated with my morning sickness seems to be very small amounts. I have never had more than a small "mouthful" each time I have vomited (like about as much as a single bite of food), regardless of whether I have just eaten or if it has been hours since I ate last. It seems to me that despite the nausea, my body is trying to hold onto the nutrients, so it makes a little sense to me, but other women I have spoken with feel like it's a little strange that although I vomit, it's never very much even if I've just had quite a bit of food.

its normal... morning sickness although called morning sickness usually last throughout the day or at any part of the day... I had morning sickness but never actually got sick just felt like it. just eat and drink lots of clear fluids so when you get sick you don't hae dry throat heaves... and normally (in my case) morning sickness was better at night so thats when you should take your prenatal vitamin then if you get sick in the morning your vitamin had time to digest and give you what you need despite getting sick

I've heard that sometimes morning sickness can just be dry heaving (gagging but nothing comes up.) I think this is normal. My mom said she had this with all three of her pregnancies... and we are all normal! Or so we think ;)

    good luck!
