Pottermore registration help!?

I was creating my account in Pottermore from my BlackBerry and when they asked me for the human confirmation (the weird letter that you have to write below) it kept kelling me that it was incorrect, this means that I can't create my account! I kept trying for nearly an hour, and I still can't do it.

What can I do?
