What do you think is wrong with me?

So I was diagnosed with depression about a year and a half ago but only took medication for a few months because I thought I was better(I know, dumb decision). Ever since I stopped taking the medication I've still had a lingering depression that has seemed to come and go every few weeks to a month. I was never diagnosed with OCD but I think I probably have it. Ever since I can remember I've always had this habit of counting things and a few times I have had these overwhelming urges that I could barely control. The most notable time was when I was buying an item at a store and I almost couldn't control my urge to kick the salesman in the nuts.(Not making this up) He hadn't done anything to me to make me want to do this either. But more recently, I've been experiencing extreme depression and anxiety. I keep obsessing over the thought that my mother is going to die. She's in no immediate danger that I know of, yet I just can't get these thoughts out of my head. Also, I've been noticing that I sometimes think something moving in my peripherals but when I look, there is nothing there. It almost seems to be a little black dot moving through my field of vision. What is wrong with me?

Sweetie I Have Borderline Personality Disorder (Diagnosed Almost A Year Ago) I Been On Medication For 2 or 3 Years, And Making Yourself Quit Meds Is Unhealthy You Can Go Through Severe Withdrawls (This Is Occurring To You At The Moment)And The Medicine's Job Is To Help You/ Make You Feel Better That Means Its Working Contact Your Doctor/ Psychiatrist Who Provides You With Medication And Your Parent/Guardian And Think About Therapy, You Need To Contact Your Therapist/ Family Doctor For Guidance And Try To Get In Touch With Your Psychiatrist. Hope All Is Well.

The same thing that's wrong with me. Whatever that is. But you got meds. Take them if they're helping. You feel better because you're taking them, but once you stop everything is gonna go right back to how it was. All this stuff can make you paranoid. Not good. Go back to that doc, tell him you stopped taking your meds but you realise you need them. And keep taking them this time. Good luck.

You should go to the doctor, and take the medicine he prescribes for as long as e prescribes it. Have friends or family see to it that you follow the doctor's orders.
