What happened to my google and yahoo toolbars?

In tools they are enabled, but do not show up on the top of screen. I use them mostly to keep bookmarks. How do I restore them?

Update:

This is using Internet Explorer.

Dude, you don't say if you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer or provide any background as to when the toolbars stopped showing up. Maybe you upgraded your browser? I don't have a crystal ball. Try reinstalling the toolbars:

    Yahoo toolbar (toolbar.yahoo.com)

    Google toolbar (toolbar.google.com)

If that doesn't work and you are using Internet Explorer, try Microsoft System Restore using a restore point that corresponds to when the toolbars were working.

If you are using Firefox, then your Firefox Profile probably got corrupted.

don't know why or how, you got here so you have some type of explorer, use it to go to each of the tool bars. then reload, any remnant of the tool bars on your computer hold be removed when you reload from the sites.
