    Check with your states Department of Administrative Services. They will have an online database of RFP's and on online application to become a certified vendor.

    Start with FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov/ for contracts worth over $25,000

    For smaller projects (under $25,000), several agencies have their own bid boards that advertise those projects such as Army Single Face to Industry, Department of Energy e-Center, etc.

    Also, if you are on GSA Schedule, many agencies post those opportunities on E-Buy.

    RFP Database is also useful to see the RFPs of many smaller governments (towns, cities, state agencies) http://www.rfpdb.com/
