Name this old thriller/science fiction movie?

It's another film I can't remember the name of. What I remember most is:

The setting was in a warm part of the world. Not quite tropical, just warm. A tall, slender, pretty, dark woman is the main character. There was something special about her that when she slept with men, she would extract their life force/energy or something to that effect. The men would age and deteriorate while she would turn young. A guy she trusted somehow extracted something from her (I can't remember if it was blood or some other fluid). When she woke up she noticed that she was seeing signs of decay on her ankles. Desperate, she tried to find a way to avoid her death and started hunting for males to rejuvenate. She would only pick targets who she felt society would not miss. She found a target to seduce.

The next scene showed her getting dressed. She admired her ankles, which were now perfectly healthy. The man asked her if she was going to see him again. She said she would and walked out, but she knew that he was going to die. The camera showed how old the man had become, but he didn't seem to notice it. He was just thinking of seeing her again. Outside, the woman cautiously looks around and begins walking into the distance.

It seemed as if she was of reptile descent, perhaps a snake? But I'm not looking for the movie "The Snake Woman".
