Henna will stain damn near anything that's organic or porous or both. The clothes, try bleaching the spots repeatedly if possible, but that may be a loss.
The countertops being varnished is lucky, it's possible the henna didn't sink through to the wood. You can sand and revarnish. If you sand through the varnish and still see a stain, you'll need to sand into the actual wood, which may mean you'll have a divot in that spot of the counter.
Next time be very careful, cover all surfaces in old towels or sheets or something stainable, and always, always leave something between henna in plastic and a countertop or table. Henna's dye molecule is so small it can easily travel through a plastic baggie and stain what it's sitting on. So if you keep your henna in plastic bags, or thin plastic tupperware, always put a glass or ceramic or metal plate underneath it, and a large amount of paper towels between the plate and paste.

If you want to start a woodworking project, you need all the necessary information, including schematics, blueprints, materials lists, dimensions etc. That is where Teds Woodworking comes in. The plans are clearly drawn and there're step-by-step explainations of how the plan should be done and put together. Go here https://tr.im/z65ME
There are several other sites whose collection of plans have the dimensions totally wrong without any indication of parts lists, material lists or the tools needed. If you're one of those people who have bought plans like this in the past, Teds Woodworking will change your perception.

Well...I used henna for my hair a while ago, but I think they use the same stuff for the tattoos and for the hair dye.
For my clothes it took a couple of washes untill it washed out, but I'm not sure if that's the same for henna tattoo.
