Who will be Type A/Type B free agents in baseball after this season?

Given how certain teams cashed in at the last MLB draft because they lost Type A and/or Type B free agents, I'm curious which players project to be Type A or Type B free agents once this season is done. Is there any early prognostication?

(Of particular interest are the Orioles - since they currently stink on ice, I need something to look forward to & having extra early draft picks might lift my spirits. Might Vlad Guererro or Matt Reynolds help the O's get an extra draft pick if they sign elsewhere?)

Vladimir Guerrero will be the only free agent that the Orioles could lose. Nobody knows how Type A/Type B free agents are determined, but Elias says they do it by position. 1B, DH, and OF are determined by PA, AVG, OBP, HR, RBI. Vladimir was a Type A in 2009, and he has similar statistics from that age, so I think he will probably be a type A, so if he signs elsewhere the Orioles will get an extra draft pick.

The Elias activities bureau does. they carry about a score making use of diverse information to attain on very final selection meant to signify cost. the coolest 20% at each and each place, consistent with their values, acquire type a standing. the subsequent 20% at each and each place gets type b status. The stats they use are relatively old, besides the incontrovertible fact that, and as a result the rankings do no longer probable mirror authentic cost.
