Google Chrome saves email adresses when logging in to sites... can i erase these?

like if i was signing into yahoo mail, i type the first letter of my username and all the usernames that have ever been entered show up in a drop-down menu for easy entering. i do not like this though, especially when mistakes are included in the list. can i turn this off?

Go to the tool wrench (top right) > Tools > Clear browsing datas... > Clear browsing data

To turn this off, Go to the tool wrench (top right) > New incognito window

New incognito window = Private Mode. Nothing is stored or saved (history, cache, etc.).
