diablo 2: Lord of Destruction terms?
OK, I'm new in D2, so I don't know many terms. And I would like to be enlightened.
What do these abbreviation stand for?
IAS
FHR
FCR
FBR
Those are what I encountered so far, and if there are more terms beside those, I would like to know them and their meaning as well. Please and thank you!

IAS = Increased Attack Speed.
FHR = Faster Hit Recovery
FCR = Faster Cast Rate
FBR = Faster Block Rate
These are all 'BPs' or Breaking Points. Each character class has multiple BPs for certain things. Each BP your charatcter reachers, he will become better/faster at that skill. For exaple, a paladin maxes out at 125 FCR. The second highest FCR BP on a paladin is 75. Anything below 75 is not very good. One thing to note is that you MUST reach the BP for it to take effect. There is no difference between 75, 76, 80, 100, or 124. In order to hit the 125 BP, you must have 125; 124 would be as slow as 75.
IAS is only needed on melee characters. FBR is not very important because there are very few items that will help that ability. FCR is very important on caster characters.
One other that you didn't mention is FRW, which is Faster Run/Walk. FRW is most important on Bow Amazons and a few melee characters. There are a lot of abbreviations on D2, but I can't really remember. Feel free to email me if you get more.
Here's a site with all the character's BPs.

IAS is a bit harder to calculate because it depends on the weapon, so here's a calculator for that.

Lastly. This game is old, full of spam bots and hackers. Not many people play anymore and it gets very boring after a while.
