Youtube Matched third party content?

I have about 5 videos that all have "Matched third party content" there all still worldwide and haven't been blocked, but can my accent get closed down for them? or does youtube send you a message telling you to delete them?

Of course you can get your account deleted for them. The matched third party content but aren't being blocked/muted - HOWEVER, they can be claimed by the company that owns the copyright material at any time and you will get a copyright strike. 3 strikes and you lose everything.

If you end up getting a strike for a video, I'd advise you to delete them before you get more strikes.

Oh and by the way, strikes are permanent.

Are you uploading music? I upload music videos and get "Matched third party content" but most of the music I upload doesn't get matched third party content. Usually when a video has matched third party content and isn't blocked anywhere the copyright holder will usually choose to keep video up to make a profit. The copyright holder can choose to remove video and you a strike or remove the video and not give you a strike. Or the video can be removed by the Web Sheriff and when the Web Sherrif removes videos they will give you a strikes towards your account and the account will be deleted. The Web Sheriff doesn't know every artist but if they artist they they remove the videos and a strike to the youtube account.
