I assume she's in jail. They haven't really showed Daniel ever since he tried to put some moves on Lilly haha, but he probably hasn't spoken to Phyllis at all.

I don't know why Billy fled like that, maybe he was scared of rejection or something, but Vicky did make it pretty obvious that she wanted her and Billy to give their relationship another try.

Daisy is in jail. Phyllis did all this to prove she could get her way. Billy is a lost cause.

For some strange reason, they haven't touched on that storyline since Phyllis got custody of Lucy. I wish they do something with it.

Phyllis explained already that she works nights ...while Lucy is sleeping and with a sitter... so she can actually spend the days with her while she's awake.

I may be in the minority, but I think Phyllis did the right thing.
