Dehydrating advice needed?
Hi, I'm dehydrating some kale chips for the first time, I've got the kale in the wet mixture, the recipe says to dehydrate on the teflex sheets first then transfer to the mesh screens. I can't find my teflex sheets, I'm wondering if I can use wax or parchment paper instead, or just try it on the mesh screens. Any advice??

hi if you use the mesh screen alone the juices will go through the screen!I used wax paper from the health food store many years ago.GOOD LUCK!!
