What does unfolding of descending thoracic aorta mean?

destiny the "descending aorta is the Part that leads down away from her heart, with age the aorta tends to sorta stretch out some and this Can cause it to sorta flop over (sorta like a stocking held and lowered to the floor , it would crumple over itself....I am guessing a procedure to "un-kink the hose" Could be in order (let me read a bit more...)

My Grandma went and had an x-ray and doesn't understand what this means I tried looking it up but am just as confused. Does anyone know what it means? Your help would be appreciated.
