Name that alien movie?

I cant remember the name of the movie.

There was a guy who was abducted and later he could do things that scared most of the people in the town. he broke a mirror at a bar when he got angry. then the army or something shows up and gives him a lot of questions where he answers them. like list as many animals as you can. and he asks for specifics and ends up answering in alphabetical order. and he could move a pencil without touching it. He told the army guy he like asked the pencil to move and it listened.
