does this outfit match?

it's two different blues so i'm not sure:

    It's TOO matched. You really shouldn't wear one blue with another blue. Maybe white shorts?

    i think its just fine! the shorts its pretty awesome cause u have a nice body too! im not so sure about the tshirt... maybe a tighter one would be better! the colours are ok :)
