About the only true help that you could receive would be to have regular face to face contact with a proven medium that you could trust. If you wish to follow the historical approach, which is largely rejected today because too many people don't like its limitations, do not even consider a teacher who is under the age of 50. Historically, a medium was considered green as grass at age 40, and usable only as a last resort. And actually 50 was considered to be the young side of acceptable. Someone with abilities below age 20 would have already been noticed though as someone who might bear watching, and as someone who clearly need guidance lest they get into trouble, but that has been lost. I wish you good luck in your search for a proper teacher.

You can practice with Ouija boards, and tarot cards. You may also want to take creative writing

courses. An essential part of being a medium or fortune teller is to have the spontaneous

ability to tell stories.

Try getting more in contact with spirits, using crystals, herbs, candles and meditating more. Cleanse more often, and try strengthening your energy. Practice more too.
