Sims 2 double deluxe won't install?

Question

I got the sims 2 dubble deluxe i tryed to install it i have the code i run it and it begins to install it wont go past 1% it just stops at Support&#92;*.* then a pop-up will come up and it says a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file blah bla bla. the file name changes but every time its the same thing it asks me if i want to retry witch i do and it just brings up the same meg i have restarted my computer iv run a virus scan iv tryed installing it in a diffrent folder (witch it wont let me) i don't know what to do plz help.

I don't know about you but when i tried installing the first time it didn't work i need to delete some items from one of my drives so try that and see if it works

hiya that sux i had the comparable concern with that game and the shops wont take them back you could attempt to take it back and get a sparkling one, yet im not making any ensures which will do something
