I got the sims 2 dubble deluxe i tryed to install it i have the code i run it and it begins to install it wont go past 1% it just stops at Support\*.* then a pop-up will come up and it says a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file blah bla bla. the file name changes but every time its the same thing it asks me if i want to retry witch i do and it just brings up the same meg i have restarted my computer iv run a virus scan iv tryed installing it in a diffrent folder (witch it wont let me) i don't know what to do plz help.
