I'm going to be getting a 26" inch LCD tv should i get 720p or 1080p?
I'm going to be sitting about 2-5 feet from the screen and mostly going to be playing my xbox360 on it should I just get the 720p? it there a difference win I sit that close and if so is it a big difference win it comes to xbox360 games?

You won't see difference between 720p and 1080p for under 40" screen tv so for 26" 720p is great enough.

the human eye can not tell the difference between 1080p and 720p on TVs less than 45 inches

ehhhh personal choice...but ive never heard of a 1080p tv that small....if it does exsist the 1080p will deffinatly run you alot more money....720p is still a good picture...im running 1080i on my tv and i changed the resolution to 720p and i could hardly see a differnnce on my 360

ok if you want a sharper more better picture get 1080p because it have more pixels but if you want a crappier picture that makes you whana hang urself go with 780p ps the better the picture the less strain on your eyes so the 1080p is better for you anyway
