What should i look for win I'm buying a HDTV for video games?

I'm going to buy an hdtv for my xbox360 and ps3 i wanted to know what i should look for win im buying.(other then a good price).

    1080p

    Good refresh rate

    And maybe you should wait because the 3D gaming is going to rise up and 3D HDTV's are going to be out
