Is there a home remedy to remove hair dye?

I went for a dark red with my light brown hair. Some spot look like kool-aid red. I have work in the morning and dont have time for the store. If I could just get it to fade a bit.

    don't know how well it'll work in a pinch but go take a shower and keep shampooing out your hair with shampoo that ISNT made specifically for dyed hair. Red fades pretty fast so it might work

    Dawn helps colors fade so that might help a lil
