It is one of LG's new model for this year which got good overall ratings from many 3D TV review sites for its performance and affordable price. I am saving my money up for a new TV set from LG too.

I am thinking of getting the LW6500 which is higher-end version of your TV but has a higher refresh rate and contrast ratio, but they are both good 3D LED TVs that are internet ready with the cool wand remote. They both have great features like 2D to 3D conversion and 4 pairs of lightweight 3D glasses are included in the package.
