Has the Obama admistration changed it's strategy from it's Bush's fault to It's the Tea Party's fault?

Only 22 Republicans voted against the Debt Limit increase. How can blame be assigned to the people that didn't get what they wanted for the downgrade by S&P? Does that make sense to anyone? Is it a bad idea to reduce spending when you are short on funds? Some will say just take more from the rich. Why not just reduce government spending?

I thought Obama's strategy was to make conservatives look like teenage drama queens. It sure has worked.

It is the tea party's fault, as well as the republicans who are bowing to them. They took a matter of congressional housekeeping, something done 70 times since 1960 without incident, and used it to take the world economy hostage. This directly lead to the situation we find ourselves in today. Even now they're back home taking credit for what they did, while at the same time, passing the buck on the result of what they did. The TEAorists are like some serial killer who smiles as he goes into detail while describing his crimes to the police, then claims he's not guilty when he gets before the judge.

Yeah, that is the new card they play. The race card does not fit, so they can't use that. Bush is long gone,so that card is on the shelf. The only targets they have is the Tea Party. These libs are so lame. S and P mentioned no party, tea or otherwise. They DID mention high GDP vs debt ration. We spend 1.5 trillion more per year then we bring in. Crank up the printing presses!

Hussein is the Mother Of All Opportunist and will never take the blame for anything.

He has prattled about the Japanese earthquake, the Arab Spring/oil connection, tea party terrorists,

(although to be honest, he left this slur to his dopey minions). Fat cats, spoiled rich white folks.

It would be "fun" to watch him squirm, if America wasn't in so much trouble.

That's the liberal way. Toss something out there to see what sticks. Blame someone else. Isn't this what bratty children do?

    But, its not working.

America understands what it means to borrow money and spend it on things you can't afford to on an unsustainable path into the future.

it's also a bad idea NOT to pay bills you have ALREADY agreed to pay,

such as the Bush/Republican $3 TRILLION War in Iraq

    .

Source(s): . youse guys need to think ahead BEFORE you git us into your unneeded wars :-) AGAIN Republicans lied, saying "we won't raise your taxes"; instead they tacked it onto the federal debt! They raised the US federal debt more than any administration IN HISTORY! The US now owes $14 TRILLION, thanks mostly to George and the G0P! (about $40,000 PER PERSON!) Do they think the US taxpayer will soon forget that ?! How is that better than raising taxes? They speak out of both sides of their lying mouths. We will be paying that Republican war off for DECADES! And what did we get for our $ 3 TRILLION? NOTHING!! Thanks George. Thanks G0P! Please do all you can to keep the lying G0P from weaseling their way back into power ! It will take decades for Dems just to START fixing all the messes George and the G0P got this great country into.
