Emails won't open in Classic Email...error code 8?

Got switched over to New Email..wouldn't work at all...got the run around on Live Chat to try and fix the problem.....had them switch me back to Classic....now I can't get my emails to open, Error Code 8...Yahoo says problem is temporary....still not fixed after a day....help page said to send in Form with problem...now the problem is the form won't come up when you click on the link......I don't suppose there is a way to talk to a Live Body at Yahoo....this is ridicules...

    Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as

    type the F5 key to refresh the page clears up a lot

    of troubles,if not then try this.

    Type these 3 keys together

    Ctrl+Shift+Delete

    and in the window that appears click on Delete

    That will clear out your browser cache and is

    usually enough to fix most problems

    If not then a full virus scan may be needed.

    Temporary disruptive files may be left behind from normal use. Clearing out all the temporary history files and generated temp program files can remove an old disruptive temp file: http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/ymail/usingit/u...

    If you are continuously having problems, The newest Yahoo version incorporates the most recent applications. Be up to date with Java and Adobe / Flash etc. Use this opportunity, if you are continuously having problems use your Tools check updates and perform system maintenance on a regular basis.

    after cleaning and or update, signout and shut down /Restart
