How do I care for an injured sparrow and what's wrong with her?

We have found this sparrow in our back garden. It looks like the sparrow is shuffling on her front part. She seems to be able to stand up but not walk or anything. But she can get about on her front using her wings. We caught her and have bought her in and put her in an old cage. She has eaten and drunk a little. We think she's broke a leg or two?? Any ideas what could be wrong? If so he to treat it??

Not knowing what is wrong with the bird, I would think a trip to the Vets would be in order.
