Are all hormone medicines the same?
My doctor just put me on hormones and I noticed one of the side effects is weight gain. Is that a common side effect for all hormones??

Not all hormone supplements are the same, but weight gain is a common side effect for almost all of them. It doesn't necessarily mean you will gain weight, but it will be easier for you to gain weight. Also, those hormones can make you think you are hungry when you are not and that is a reason some people gain weight while on them. Just eat healthy and get some exercise and you shouldn't have a problem.

No they are not but you should be very careful with the ones you use because some cause breast cancer.
