I'm making a ham and asparagus quiche for dinner. I normally serve a green salad with it, but want to do something different. What would be good with it????

My doctor just put me on hormones and I noticed one of the side effects is weight gain. Is that a common side effect for all hormones??

The remote for my car doesn't seem to work like it had in the past. I've replaced the battery, but sometimes it takes at least 5 or 6 times to get it to open the doors. Do I need a new remote?

I watched the Daytime Awards last night, and saw that at least 3 of the people who won used to be on AMC. Funny how the win awards when they appear on other soaps.

Both my ex husband and I struggle with our weight, and I am sure my 4 year old will too. I don't want to deprive her of things, but I also don't want her to struggle like I have. For instance, last night she had a turkey burger with cheese, some salad, and corn on the cob and was still asking for more. I gave her a glass of milk and told her that was enough dinner. However, when I put her to bed I laid next to her until she fell asleep and could feel her tummy growling. I felt horrible. What can I do??

My best friend is paranoid that she will not be able to get a job because she has heard they test for STD's and she has one. It is nothing life threatening, but she has heard she won't get a job because of it. How can I ease her mind??

I love my daughter to death, but she talks all the time. Even if she knows the answer to something, she will ask it just because she wants to talk. Is this normal for a toddler? If she's not talking, she's singing or making noises. I have had many people comment on how much she talks. I don't want people to think I am a bad parent, but I am just curious as to why she talks all the time.
