AMC Question.... What are your thoughts?

Someone needs to take David Hayward out behind the barn and beat the cowboy s*** out of him. I still don't even believe that Trevor is his baby in the 1st place - no one ever did a DNA test, they just took an estimate based on an ultrasound early in her pregnancy. The idea of suggesting to a woman that you know is married, and that loves her husband, that she have another baby with you in exchange for her freedom is ludicrous, insulting, demeaning, and once again proof that Charles Pratt, headwriter for AMC, has no respect for women or viewers.

How down right dirty is Dr. David?

He had consensual sex w/ Amanda that produced a baby.

She & Jake did all the dirty work out of fear of what David MIGHT do if he knew.

Amanda, by law should be in jail. She had a choice. She chose "serving" her sentence by living in luxury w/ her child. At the price of separation from her husband. Oh, the husband that lied to her & switched her baby so it's not even her real baby.

David has had terrible tragedy with children. This, and the lies told to him during his deepest grief, contributed to the man he is today. Yeah, he was warped to begin with. But in his case, "It takes a village to raise a monster."

So he wants another child. He wants to give his "son" a biological sibling. He's not forcing a sex act on Amanda. Remember, her legal alternative was to be jailed away from child and husband ANYWAY.

Should she not take the offer, she is still better off than if she was made to pay for her crime.

She's enjoying motherhood. It would be so much better with her husband. They wanted more kids. Jake has no problem making decisions without her about whom her baby will be. At least David gives her voice in this decision. She will finally have her own biological child & be able to live with her husband. Jake OWES her that baby. HER baby.

I'm not seeing a down side to this deal. She ends up with so much more than prison offered. She no dummy. She'll get the irrevocable orders of shared custody before she agrees.

And the fact that David will have 2 babies to love & an adult daughter to give him reality checks, could return a heart of flesh to where the one of stone is now resides.

Jake needs to own up to his deceptions, jealousy, and all around being a bad husband deal that HE started in motion. Or else David's going to turn into the good guy & win Amanda's heart. Especially after that baby is born; has a health problem; needs brother's blood; paternity is revealed; and Jake is found out to be the big, fat liar he is; while also destroying Liza's life (with Amanda's real baby) in the process.

Well his whole idea is totally twisted and evil to say the least but it was no surprise coming from David but Amanda is really getting on my last nerve with the entire situation.. There are times that I just wish Jake would give her the boot..

I really hope Amanda says something to David like "I want to wait a little longer before I have another baby." If she says that and he agrees with her, then hopefully she can come up with a plan about what she's going to do soon.

So why does David continue to manipulate Amanda? Because he can. I'm getting tired of Amanda for allowing that @hole to do this to her! David is beyond sick and twisted...I agree, this is a new low even for him. I think Amanda, Jake and Trevor need to just get the heck outa Dodge until they can figure out a better plan to get David out of their lives. But of course, we all know this isn't what is going to happen.

David is a sicko, but there's no surprise there. I love Amanda but she is really starting to annoy me. I know she's in a horrible situation, but to even consider his proposal...! And Jake! Would he really go along with this or does he have another of his great plans in mind? I'm really disgusted with this s/l!

I think David is a disgusting jerk. He knows he has the upper hand in every thing. Amanda should tell him to drop dead but I know she won't. I'm hoping that if she goes for it Jake will switch David's sperm for his and Amanda will end up pregnant with Jake's baby. Then they will find out that Trevor is also Jake's son.

i think of Reese loves Zach (which will end badly after her and Bianca's wedding ceremony this week) and Zach likes Reese, in spite of the shown fact that that's frequently a booty call. i do no longer think of he has emotions for her like he does Kendall.

I think that even now Jake and Amanda are scum for what they did to David and at least Amanda gets to be with her son since David didn't even get that luxury.

Jake and Amanda should be in jail, the actor who plays Jake is flamingly gay and he and Amanda are not believable because of it and everything they hate David for, Amanda and Jake are only worse.

I love Vincent Irizarry (David - acting is superb) but this is a new low for David. Lower than a snakes belly.
