Hair! Long, long, long, hair!?

i have really long hair but thats only because im of indian decent soo im just gonna tell you what i know haha

-drink a ton of water!

-do not use any heat on your hair or at lease cut down on it

-dont wash everyday..maybe every 2 days

-use a small tooth comb not a brush! less damaging

-braid hair at night to reduce tangles

Thats pretty much all i know i also heard that Main n' Tail works great for growing out hair. You can find it at walgreens and other stores like target, walmart, etc. If your into taking pills then there are hormone pills you take...but make sure to do lots of research on them if thats your choice. Extensions is the only way to get long hair fast.

If you're willing to put in the time:

Make sure every time you straighten or curl or blow dry your hair that you use heat protecting spray.

Use long and strong hair products.

Use quality hair care products. Biolage is my favorite. Aussie is also really good.

Get your hair trimmed every few months. Your hair doesn't grow when there are dead ends.

Don't use heat styling and I've heard that putting onions on your scalp for 10 minutes will stimulate the follicles to make your hair grow more quickly.

You can use Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship shampoo OR you can trim your hair (cut off all the split ends and dead hair) then your hair will be healthy and grow faster.

these girls in my school stopped washing their hair for about a month and they said it seemed to work. supposedly the oils in your hair help it grow. im not sure if it really works or not. most women use prenatal pills. those help your hair and nails grow.
